Job Description :

Achieving the Budgeted Sales Targets

Coordinating with sales team for achieving targets for the product line handled

Overseeing and coordinating with various departments to facilitate sales

Visiting lagging territories to understand road blocks and guidance

Devising marketing tools to increase penetration

Devise marketing campaigns to boost secondary sales

Conducting Institutional CMEs

Understanding the market trend and identifying new products

Identifying new vendors for new products

Coordinating with inhouse R&D team to develop new products

Ensuring market penetration and coverage with new products

Ensuring profitability of new product deliverable

Launching customer oriented campaigns to push secondary sales

Conducting institutional seminars

Conducting training at National and Zonal levels

Timely technical support to sales team to penetrate new accounts

Support in programming on TBM and competetitors instruments

Timely training at zonal level and new recruits

Product Inventory Planning

Preparation of Marketing Tools such as Emailers, Mailers, Brochures, Pamplets, Technical Bulletins, etc.

Field evaluation of products  which are developed by R&D

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction for the respective product range

Coordination with H.O TSD for timely uptime of instrument and zonal engineers for installation and troubleshooting
