There's a lot going on on Thursday night's MLB DFS main slate that requires attention. Regardless of where you prefer to play your daily fantasy baseball, there are plenty of viable lineup picks, both in terms of studs of sleepers.

Today's MLB DFS Playbook: Lineup picks, tips for Thursday

SP Adrian Houser, Brewers (vs. Padres). Simply put, outside of Manny Machado, the Padres have not been a good offense this year. They’re 26th in OPS and wOBA against righthanded pitching and striking out 22.5 percent of the time. Houser has been a different animal at home this year compared to his road starts. He’s pitched to a 1.99 ERA at home, holding his opponents to a .200 BAA, while his ERA is 5.32 and opponents are batting .281 against him on the road. 

SP Alex Wood, Giants (@ Marlins). Wood hasn’t necessarily been going deep into games and has not been the same guy from last year, but this is a very enticing mYadier Molina atlanta braves game worn jersey atchup. Nobody is even close to striking out as much as Miami has against lefthanded pitching this year — nearly 30 percent of the time! They also happen to have a .608 OPS as a team, which is the worst mark in the league. Wood brings a 23.7-percent K-rate into this matchup, and he could have his best start of the year.

2B Rougned Odor, Orioles (vs. Mariners). A cheap home run could be in your future if you roster Odor. It could also be an 0-for-4 with four strikeouts. He's a GPP-only play and not to be used as a one-off but rather in an Orioles stack.

SS Kyle Farmer, Reds (vs. Nationals). Since May 13th, the Reds' shortstop has been insane at the dish. He's hitting .447 with four HRs, 11 RBIs, and eight runs during that span. He's been fantastic at home notching a .382 wOBA in Great American.

OF Aaron Judge, Yankees (vs. Angels). Judge hit his 19th home run during the first game of today's doubleheader. What more is there to say? He’s homering left and right, loves hitting at Yankee Stadium, and loves facing lefties.
