It's June, which means it's time to start talking about the MLB All-Star Game. Tuesday, July 19 will feature the Midsummer Classic in Los Angeles at Dodger Stadium, marking the first time since 1980 that the Dodgers will host the annual event.
MLB has released the ballots, off of which 32 players from each league will be selected. Each team will have at least one representative.

How does the MLB All-Star voting process work?
The first step of MLB All-Star voting is with the fans. MLBMLB Collectibles has already posted its ballot online, which fans will be able to select one player at every position in each league (plus two additional outMLB Batting Practice fielders). DH is also voted on by the fans.
From there, the top vote getters on each side will get starting positions, while everyone else goes to the second phase of voting.
Next, pitchers and reserves are selected by a player's ballot. Five starters and three relievers froClayton Kershaw m each league will be chosen by the players, in addition to another poMLB Trading Cardssition player. Once the players are done, it will be 26 roster spots filled in each league.
Finally, the last six spots are fill atlanta braves jersey no name ed by the Commissioner's Office. Four will be pitchers and two will be position players on each side. While managers used to have a say in this vote, that's no longer the case.
How do you vote for the 2022 MLB All-Star starters?
Fans can vote for their favorite players through the MLB app and MLB.com voting page. In Phase 1, fans can vote five times per day. In Phase 2, that will drop to once a day.
The top two vote getters will automatically be named starters, whereas everyone else will move on to Phase 2 to be voted on.
