Job Description :
  1. To Prepare Invoice for Spares/ Quality Controls / Consumables despatch
  2. To accurately process and manage despatch of spares (SRF)
  3. To monitor the spares despatches- correct destination and confirmation
  4. To coordinate with Stores & Logistics for accurate and timely despatch
  5. To coordinate with field staff regarding order processing
  6. To prepare daily despatch report
  7. To prepare Credit Notes
  8. Monitor QC inventory (including GRN)
  9. To send forecast and get the forecast from Zone for QC procurement
  10. To send the outstanding details to zones
  11. To create batch order
  12. To maintain updated records of invoices and TSRs
  13. To comply with the routine filing of papers
  14. Periodic review of request forms
  15. Cost wise analysis of spares dispatched
  16. Timely action for shortage of material
  17. Follow up for spares outstanding
  18. Coordinate with Engineer for any discrepancy found
  19. Check the availability of stock and interact with stores and Daman factory in case of shortage
  20. Raising invoice as per the request forms received from engineers and forwarding to stores for dispatch
  21. Provide POD details of spares dispatch to engineers /RSMs on daily basis
  22. Preparation of tender documents
  23. To remind engineers/customers with outstanding payment through letters
  24. To follow up with Accounts to regularize their reports on outstanding
  25. Assist in payment realization of previous year outstanding
  26. Update price masters in ERP
  27. Raising invoices for controls order
  28. Follow up and collection of form C/D (distributors/customers)
  29. To monitor CFA activity - Spares stock checking/ Dispatches & Invoicing
  30. Follow-up for pending 'C' Forms
  31. Follow up Outstanding Payment
